Garden Valley CEO/General Manager Tim Brinkman and Garden Valley Director Al Paulson present a $5,000 technology grant check to Bagley High School Industrial Technology Teacher Michael Malterud, Principal David Gouch and Superintendent Steve Cairns.

The Garden Valley Education Foundation recently presented a $5,000 technology grant to Bagley High school for the purchase of a 3D Printer. Michael Malterud, Industrial Technology Teacher, has the knowledge needed to teach the students to problem-solve and think outside of the box when it comes to working with the 3D printer designs. Tyler and Alexis, both 7th graders at the high school are excited about the 3D technology and have already begun creating projects.

The Garden Valley Education Foundation was established in late 1990, by Garden Valley Telephone Company, to promote rural economic development through the use of modern telecommunications technology for educational purposes. Garden Valley Telephone Company funds the

Education Foundation with unclaimed capital credits.
