The Garden Valley Education Foundation recently presented a $5,000 technology grant to Win-E-Mac school for the purchase of an Interactive Smartboard and Projector. Superintendent Randy Bruer understands the world of technology their students live in; the smartboard and projector is an innovative method of teaching and an inspiring way to engage with the students at Win-E-Mac School.
Garden Valley CEO/General Manager Tim Brinkman and Garden Valley Director Jim Ferden presented the technology grant check to Win-E-Mac Superintendent Randy Bruer.
The Garden Valley Education Foundation was established in late 1990, by Garden Valley Telephone Company, to promote rural economic development through the use of modern telecommunications technology for educational purposes. Garden Valley Telephone Company funds the Education Foundation with unclaimed capital credits.
