Installation Procedure
You may call 218-687-5251 or 800-448-8260 for new installation or upgrades to your existing basic cable service. Installation of customer-owned equipment, etc. will be billed at an hourly rate. Appointments available.
Maintenance Procedure
Garden Valley will endeavor to provide trouble free service, but in case you do have trouble, please call 218-687-2121 or 800-448-8260. Garden Valley will begin working on an outage within 24 hours of notification. Minor problems will be taken care of the next business day. Tuning or programming of customer-owned equipment will be billed at an hourly rate. Appointment may be set at your convenience.
