Rental Terms & Conditions
Intro
By using our website or purchasing our services, you’re agreeing to follow these rules. If we make any changes, we’ll update the “Effective Date”. It’s a good idea to check back here every now and then to stay up-to-date on how we keep your privacy safe.
When Can You Use the Rooms?
You can rent the GVT Conference/Meeting rooms in Erskine, MN from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. To lock in your dates, you’ll need to pay for the room upfront.
Change of Plans
If you need to cancel, just give us notice at least a week (7 days) before your event, and we’ll give you half of your rental fee back. If you tell us less than a week before, unfortunately, we can’t refund you. If things go wrong and it’s not anyone’s fault (like a natural disaster, blizzard or pandemic), we’ll work something out.
Keeping Your Property Safe
Make sure you ask us before leaving anything in the building. While our building is secure, we can’t take responsibility for things left behind during rentals.
Being Responsible and Safe
If anyone gets hurt or anything gets damaged because of you, your group, or your guests while using the GVT facility, it is your responsibility and GVT will not be at fault. If you are renting the space, you are responsible for any loss, damage or expense that may arise from any injury, damage or wrong while in the space.
Setting Up and Cleaning Up
We’ll handle the clean-up after your rental. But if there’s any damage or extra mess, you are responsible. If something gets broken or needs fixing, you’ll cover the cost of cleaning or repairs.
