
The Garden Valley Education Foundation continued its technology grant program with the presentation of a $5,000 grant to both Goodridge and Grygla Public Schools. The technology grants will be used to help Goodridge Public School purchase 7 iMac Computers and the Grygla Public School purchase 2 Smart Boards. Superintendent Clow is planning for the future of our children, by providing the students with the technology to learn on tools they enjoy using.
Garden Valley CEO/General Manager Tim Brinkman and Garden Valley Director Ron Engelstad presented the technology grant checks to Goodridge Public School and Grygla Public School Superintendent Galen Clow.
The Garden Valley Education Foundation was established in late 1990, by Garden Valley Telephone Company, to promote rural economic development through the use of modern telecommunications technology for educational purposes. The Education Foundation is funded by Garden Valley Telephone Company through the use of unclaimed capital credits.
