GVT customers who have traditional video service; manage your DVR recordings from anywhere. With the MyTVs app, you can connect to your DVR enabled set-top boxes to schedule and manage DVR recordings even when you are not at home. You will be able to schedule new recordings or view currently being recorded programs. Additionally, you can view and search the TV program guide for your favorite shows or programs.

Download the Stingray Music mobile app from the App Store or Google Play, and then launch it.
Sign up for a Stingray Music account.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
Once the user creates an account, they will need to authenticate the app over the airwaves using their TV for free access, without having to enter any codes.
- First, turn on the TV.
- Second, launch the Stingray Music TV app.
The user is then taken to the Authentication screen.
- Tap “Yes, continue with free service”.
- Select Garden Valley from the list of providers.
- After the user selects their TV provider, the app will ask them to confirm that their TV is nearby. If it is, they tap “Authenticate with your TV”.
- Follow the directions displayed on the screen. When ready, tap “Start Listening”.
- The mobile device’s mic must be close to the TV speakers and aimed directly at them.
Access your voicemail from anywhere. With the ManageMyVMail app, you can connect to your voicemail inbox and retrieve your messages even when you are not at home. You will be able to listen to the voicemail from your mobile device or view the transcribed voicemail text.
